Hosted Telephony Licenses for 40 Users

Feature-Rich Technology

The solution delivers all the features you would expect from an enterprise-grade solution including voicemail, unified messaging, auto attendant and IVR and with Unifys commitment to software development, Shandon are automatically upgraded to the latest version of the system.

IP Desktop Phones

Robust, reliable IP desktop handsets for each user. As Shandon Travel were already on a Unify/Siemens pbx they were able to utilise all the existing handsets.

Soft Client

PC based soft phones allow staff to easily communicate and chat to clients with the best travel deals.

Contact Centre

Agents have been set up to take calls from multiple groups and take calls to suit their speciality, reports generate calls received, missed and queues. Customers get a queues announcement for queue position or they can receive a call back.

SIP Trunks

SIP (Session Initiated Protocol) connections replaced traditional phone lines with all voice traffic running through Conversation Piece carrier-grade network via IP.

Broadband

Managed Fibre broadband provided for Voice and Data in all sites.

Installation

The changeover was carried out seamlessly with zero downtime over a weekend, with little or no disruption.
