Contact Centre enables calls queues with the queue position being given to patients. Admin have full visibility of call queues, wait times etc on there monitors and wall board. Call Report and analytics display information like missed calls, time queuing, how many calls are being received and many more reports.

Robust, reliable IP desktop handsets for each user.

VOIP Trunks

SIP (Session Initiated Protocol) connections replaced traditional phone lines with all voice traffic running through Conversation Piece carrier-grade network via VoIP.

Broadband

Fibre broadband provided for Voice and Data in all sites.
